A bit about me...

I'm 37 years old, I grew up in country Victoria, went to University for 3 years, and took my degree to Sydney, where I worked for almost 10yrs in the medical field. 

I decided to leave work when I was pregnant with my daughter (2nd child) and be present with my two kids after doing the juggle of work & childcare. It was negatively impacting my family, and I desired to be with them wholeheartedly without the stress. 

During this time, I found my creative heart again and began drawing on my couch, then at my tiny desk in the sunroom while the kids had their day sleep, and again after bedtime. 

It filled my soul and was "me" amongst being a mother each and every day. It grew over the years, now having 3 children, and with my own studio. 

House portraits have become the place of most joy for me, but most importantly for my customers. There is nothing else I would rather be doing. 

While being a full time Mum, I paint after bedtime and on my one day off and around my husbands shift work during the week. I have learnt discipline, motivation & excitement in building my small business to what it is today. 

From our experience with TSW, I am also a big advocate for wholefood eating, natural therapies, gardening & juicing. You will see some of these interests sprinkled through my social platforms along the way.
